In the two years since we last convened, The AI Pandemic Committee has been toiling non-stop looking for ways to bring us back together. There was hand sanitizer, UV light, bleach, masks, gloves, wishful thinking, science, making fun of science, sheltering in place, sheltering out of place, Zoom, doom and gloom. In the end it turned out to be a favorite pastime of The AI Entertainment Committee - shots.
And so we prepare to gather again, blather again and given the time of year, slather again at the safest of safe places, The AI.
And, although things will not be the same without Sean, Kate, Nick and Emma (?), they have pledged to maintain order in the Staniverse and submit lip sync videos for us to view on lip-sync Saturday. You may thus have inferred that once again all Stans will be expected to lip sync for our pleasure and derision. If you have so inferred, you have inferred correctly.
